					<description>Don't blame Canada like the South Parkers Do. I have the same poor experience in America. People who don't have a SOCIAL (security number) like me need to have a citizen or permanent resident to guarantee them OR to place hundreds of dollars as a security to the stores that they can only take back a year later TO subscribe to a monthly plan!!! This is EXTREMELY outrageous! How I miss China!!! But I do like the idea of subscribing to a plan and get a phone for free in America. Here in America, you can get a Blackberry for FREE. I'm self-contradicting....</description>
